Overview
The Education Development Office of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences was established in 2004 with the aim of enhancing the quality of care-based education in nursing and midwifery disciplines. Aligned with the policies of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education’s Center for Studies and Education Development, as well as the strategic plans of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, this office operates in accordance with the university’s scientific roadmap and the faculty’s strategic educational programs.
The primary stakeholders of the Education Development Office are faculty members and students. Its mission focuses on empowering academic staff in medical education sciences and related pedagogical skills, as well as improving educational processes for students at various academic levels.
The Education Development Office plays a pivotal role in promoting innovation and modernization in the faculty’s educational approaches. It is prepared to collaborate in organizing educational workshops for faculty and students, providing consultations on education development/research projects, and supporting proposal development for educational festivals. The office welcomes cooperation from faculty members and learners to advance medical education, foster innovation, and facilitate the reform of educational processes.
